These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of michellp.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Michellp. By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order on the Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Michellp. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.

A contract between you and Michellp is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email that the order has been accepted.

Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, reliable, current, or free of typographical or photographic errors. Colors may vary by monitor and device.

Product availability and shipping options are subject to change without notice.

Prices & Sales Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We currently do not charge sales tax on orders placed through our Site. If that changes, applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust pricing at any time prior to accepting an order.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal only. During checkout you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment gateway. By completing payment through PayPal you authorize PayPal to charge the payment method linked to your PayPal account.

We do not collect or store credit card information on our servers. Payment must clear before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States only. Our published estimates are:

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery (transit): 3–4 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (local warehouse time)

We offer Standard Shipping and shipping is free for all domestic orders. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (USPS or UPS). Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will provide reasonable assistance for locating and resolving shipment issues.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is available here. In summary:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days after delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take up to 2 business days to process after approval.
  • No restocking fees. We do not offer exchanges; place a new order for a different item.

Product Warranties & Disclaimers

Products may include manufacturer warranties where applicable. Unless an explicit written warranty is provided, products are sold "as is" and Michellp disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For safety and usage instructions, follow the product manual included with your purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Michellp (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Michellp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

You and Michellp agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
