Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Please do not ship returns to our company address without contacting us first; unauthorized returns may be rejected by the carrier.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@michellp.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. The company address listed on our website is for business correspondence only and is not a return address.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds take up to 2 business days to process after approval.
• No restocking fees apply.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or model, please return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items
• Items missing original packaging or components
• Items returned without prior authorization
