Shipping Coverage

We offer domestic shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Method & Cost

We provide Standard Shipping for all orders.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
No expedited or express shipping services are available at the moment.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed the following business day.

Processing & Delivery Times

Total delivery time includes order processing time plus transit time.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days
• Total Estimated Time to Your Door: 4–6 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow your shipment using the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@michellp.com. We will assist in tracking your package and provide solutions when applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for free reshipment. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address once confirmed.

Taxes

We currently do not charge sales tax on orders.
