We want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer returns and refunds under the guidelines below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  2. We will review your request and provide a return address if approved.
  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified due to a product defect or order error on our part.

No Exchanges

We currently do not support product exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you may return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned package has been received and inspected by our warehouse,refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • No restocking fees are charged on returned items.

Return Address & Important Notice

Returns must not be shipped to our registered company address. A dedicated return-handling address will be provided upon request. Do not mail products without contacting us — unauthorized returns may be denied or lost without eligibility for refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Before Shipment

• Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped.
• Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

• If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• In this case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
